Refund Policy – Profile Laser & Skin Care

REFUND POLICY:

GIFT CARDS

All gift card, gift certificate, and service purchases are non-refundable. We do not allow the third party sale of our gift cards. Any gift card being sold by any person or business that is not Profile Laser & SkinCare will be void. All funds are in Canadian dollars.

 

PRODUCTS

All products purchased at Profile Laser & SkinCare can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days if unopened, unused, and is in resalable condition. After 14 days, considering the product is yet unopened, unused, and is resalable, we may accept the product for an exchange or store credit only. Opened or used items are not eligible for return/exchange unless they caused a reaction*.

 

*For returns due to a reaction, we require photo evidence of the symptoms in order for the product to be considered for return or exchange.

SERIES OF TREATMENTS / PACKAGES

After 14 calendar days from purchase or after initiation of a treatment package, whichever comes first, packages/pre-paid services are non-refundable. Any unused portion of a package/pre-paid services may be eligible for store credit towards other procedures/products within one calendar year from your original purchase. Profile will make an effort to exchange the purchased packaged or prepaid series of treatments for an equal value product or other spa service offered at our location.

Refund on Treatment Outcomes

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. We will be honest in all our dealings with you as our trusted client. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
